Most of us do a pretty good job of taking care of our faces.
As a result, by the time we reach age 30, we can still have
smooth, flawless skin if we've eaten right and used the right
daily routines.  But our hands are often neglected. More than
any other part of your body, your hands " show your age".

Here's a natural routine for cleansing and moisturizing your
hands that can give your hands a much-needed "face lift".

Take a warm, not hot, bowl of water, soak your hands for 15
minutes, refreshing the water to keep it from getting cold.

Scrub the hands with sea salt or baking soda. This will
exfoliate the skin. Do not rub hard.

Rinse the hands with cool water afterwards.

Then take a blender, put in one whole cucumber, blend on
soft grate until you achieve the consistency of watermelon
squashed up. Rub the cucumber on your hands generously.
You even let them soak in it.

Rinse the hands a final time with warm, not hot, water.

Apply vaseline or cocoa butter generously. Put on a pair of
latex gloves and let them stay on during the night.  This is a
world-class spa secret for making your hands younger and
dewey soft.
