How to Make a Perfect Deep Conditioner
at Home

1. You'll need one fresh avacado and a bottle
of extra virgin olive oil.

2. Peel the avocado and mash it to the
consistency of guacomole dip.

3. Pour in  one quarter cup of extra virgin olive
oil with the avocado.

4. Add two whole eggs.

5. Apply 3 to 5 table spoons in one session.
The mixture has no preservatives so it will need
to be refrigerated between uses.

Your scalp is itching like crazy. Nothing seems to help.
You've tried every home remedy and shampoo out
there. Is there any solution to itchy dandruff?

1. Witch Hazel. Think of witch hazel as a water hose. It
stops the fire. First, pour some witch hazel into a cotton
ball and apply it to your scalp. Part your hair as though
you are going to braid it. Witch hazel will stop your
itching.

2.  Neutrogena T shampoo. Then, wash your hair with
Neutrogena T with activated charcoal. This shampoo is
your best bet to stop dermatitis, which by the way is
the reason your scalp may be itching.

3. Olive Oil and Mineral Oil.  Once a week, on the night
before you plan to wash your hair, apply olive oil or
mineral oil to your scalp. This will condition your scalp
and help prevent itching in the future.

3. Scalp Food .  The scalp needs a variety of nutrients to
remain healthy. It needs omega-3s, which are the
essential oils in fish such as salmon, tuna, sardines and
mackerel and can be found in some nuts such as
walnuts. The scalp also needs Vitamins B-3 (technical
name is inositol)and Vitamin E .

You get Vitamin B-3 in fish, wheat germ, Brewer's yeast
and meats such as chicken and turkey.

4. Hair Dye and Color. This is more prevention than
cure. Bit did you know that the Number One cause of
scalp dermatitis is hair dye. More people have allergic
reactions --that itching is usually an allergic reaction
---to hair dye than to any other beauty product.

So, be careful out there. Pretty isn't worth getting sick.
Some of the allergic reactions --I 've had one --can
make your head and scalp swell up like a basketball.

You're not done yet. You now know about 1/2 of what
you need to know to keep your scalp healthy. Related
